1344. Jābir narrated: "The Prophet ﷺ passed judgement based on an oath along with a witness." (Sahih)

Arabic text

١٣٤٤ - حَدَّثَنَا ‌مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ‌وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبَانَ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا ‌عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ ، عَنْ ‌جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ ‌أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ ‌جَابِرٍ «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ.»
