English translation

2899. Abū Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "Qul Huwa Allāhu Aḥad is equal to a third of the Qur'ān." (Hasan) [Abū 'Eisā said:] This Ḥadīth is Hasan Ṣaḥīḥ.

Arabic text

٢٨٩٩ - حَدَّثَنَا ‌الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ‌خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ‌سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ‌سُهَيْلُ بْنُ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ ‌أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ ‌أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «{قُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ} تَعْدِلُ ثُلُثَ الْقُرْآنِ». هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.
