3399. Al-Barā' bin 'Āzib [may Allāh be pleased with him] narrated that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ used to lay his head upon his right hand when going to sleep, then say: "My Lord, safeguard me from Your punishment the Day You resurrect Your slaves (Rabbī Qini 'Adhābaka Yawma Tab'athu 'Ibādak)."(Ṣāḥih) [Abū ʿEisā said:] This Hadīth is Hasan Gharīb from this route. Ath-Thawrī reported this Hadīth from Abū Ishāq, from Al-Barā', but he did not mention anyone between them. Shu'bah reported it from Abū Ishāq, from Abū 'Ubaidah and another man, from Al-Barā'. Isrā'īl reported it from Abū Ishāq, from 'Abdullāh bin Yazīd, from Al-Barā', and (he also reported it) from Abū Ishaq, from Abū 'Ubaidah, from 'Abdullāh from the Prophet ﷺ with similar.
