Commentary
The tribes of Aslam and Ghifār accepted Islam without any clash, so the Prophet ﷺ begged Allāh’s favor for them. The tribe of Uṣayyah disobeyed and showed their enmity against Allāh ﷻ and His Messenger. They martyred the Qurra (reciters) sent to them by the Prophet ﷺ.
