663. Anas narrated that the Prophet ﷺ was asked which fast was most virtuous after Ramaḍān? He said: "Shā'bān in honor of Ramaḍān" He said: "Which charity is best?" He (ﷺ) said: "Charity in Ramaḍān." (Ḍa'if) Abū 'Eisā said: This Ḥadīth is Gharīb, and (the narrator) Ṣadaqah bin Mūsā is not that strong according to them.
٦٦٣ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: «سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَيُّ الصَّوْمِ أَفْضَلُ بَعْدَ رَمَضَانَ؟ فَقَالَ: شَعْبَانُ لِتَعْظِيمِ رَمَضَانَ.» قِيلَ: فَأَيُّ الصَّدَقَةِ أَفْضَلُ؟ قَالَ: صَدَقَةٌ فِي رَمَضَانَ. هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ، وَصَدَقَةُ بْنُ مُوسَى لَيْسَ عِنْدَهُمْ بِذَاكَ الْقَوِيِّ.

It is a narration of Sahīh Muslim that after Ramadān the fasting of Muharram is more virtuous. (Sahīh Muslim, Hadīth: 1163). So the narration of Sahīh Muslim gets preference over this Weak narration.
