English translation

108. Āishah narrated: "When the circumcised meets the circumcised [then indeed] Ghusl is required. Myself and Allāh's Messenger did that, so we performed Ghusl." (Sahih) [He said:] There are narrations on this topic from Abū Hurairah, 'Abdullāh bin 'Amr, and Rāfi' bin Khadīj.

١٠٨ - حَدَّثَنَا ‌أَبُو مُوسَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ‌الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنِ ‌الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، عَنْ ‌عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ ‌أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ ‌عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: «إِذَا جَاوَزَ الْخِتَانُ» الْخِتَانَ فَقَدْ وَجَبَ الْغُسْلُ، فَعَلْتُهُ أَنَا وَرَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَاغْتَسَلْنَا. وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو وَرَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ.
