English translation
1248. Abū Hurairah narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: “They (the two) are not to separate from a sale except in agreement.” (Hasan) [He said:] This Hadīth is Gharīb.

١٢٤٨ - حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ - وَهُوَ الْبَجَلِيُّ الْكُوفِيُّ - قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا زُرْعَةَ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَرِيرٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا يَتَفَرَّقَنَّ عَنْ بَيْعٍ إِلَّا عَنْ تَرَاضٍ». هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ.
