English translation

2659. 'Abdullāh [bin Mas'ūd] narrated that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "Whoever lies upon me, then let him take his seat in the Fire." (Ṣaḥīḥ)

Arabic text

٢٦٥٩ - حَدَّثَنَا ‌أَبُو هِشَامٍ الرِّفَاعِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ‌أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ‌عَاصِمٌ ، عَنْ ‌زِرٍّ ، عَنْ ‌عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَيَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ» مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ.
