English translation

2827. Ismā'il bin Abī Khālid narrated that Abū Juhaifah said: "I saw the Prophet ﷺ, and Al-Hasan bin 'Alī resembles him the most." (Sahīh) [Abū 'Eisā said:] This is how more than one narrator reported it from Ismā'il bin Khālid, similarly. There is something on this topic from Jābir, and Abū Juhaifah's name is Wahb As-Suwā'i.

٢٨٢٧ - حَدَّثَنَا ‌مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ‌يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ ‌إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ‌أَبُو جُحَيْفَةَ قَالَ: «رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَكَانَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ» يُشْبِهُهُ. وَهَكَذَا رَوَى غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ نَحْوَ هَذَا. وَأَبُو جُحَيْفَةَ اسْمُهُ وَهْبٌ السُّوَائِيُّ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ.
