English translation

3411. 'Abdullāh bin 'Amr [may Allāh be pleased with him] said: "I saw the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ counting At-Tasbih." (Sahih) [Abū 'Eisā said:] This Hadīth is Hasan Gharīb as a narration of Al-A'mash.

Arabic text

٣٤١١ - حَدَّثَنَا ‌مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ‌عَثَّامُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، عَنِ ‌الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ ‌عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ ، عَنْ ‌أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ ‌عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ: «رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَعْقِدُ التَّسْبِيحَ.» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الْأَعْمَشِ.
