3822. Abū Jahdam narrated from Ibn 'Abbās that he saw Jibra'īl, two times and the Prophet supplicated for him two times. (Da'if) [Abū 'Eisā said:] This Hadīth is Mursal, and Abū Jahdam did not see Ibn 'Abbās. [And it has been related from 'Ubaidullāh bin 'Abdullāh bin 'Abbās, from Ibn 'Abbās.] And Abū Jahdam's name is Mūsā bin Sālim.
٣٨٢٢ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ وَمَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلَانَ قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي جَهْضَمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّهُ «رَأَى جِبْرِيلَ» عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ مَرَّتَيْنِ، وَدَعَا لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّتَيْنِ. هَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُرْسَلٌ، وَأَبُو جَهْضَمٍ لَمْ يُدْرِكِ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَاسْمُهُ مُوسَى بْنُ سَالِمٍ.
