3909. Anas narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "O Allāh forgive the Anṣār and the children of the Anṣār, and the children of the children of the Anṣār, and the women of the Anṣār." (Da'if) [Abū 'Eisā said:] This Hadīth is Hasan Gharīb from this route.
٣٩٠٩ - حَدَّثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ الْكُوفِيُّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ الْأَحْمَرِ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْأَنْصَارِ،» وَلِأَبْنَاءِ الْأَنْصَارِ، وَلِأَبْنَاءِ أَبْنَاءِ الْأَنْصَارِ، وَلِنِسَاءِ الْأَنْصَارِ. هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ.

The Prophet ﷺ supplicated for the Anṣār and their women and their future generations. This was to admit their sincere services for the religion of Islam. The Prophet ﷺ appreciated their efforts and struggles for Islam and begged Allāh ﷻ to have mercy upon them, and their future generations, and to forgive them.
