787. 'Aishah narrated: "We would menstruate during the time of the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ, then when we became pure we were ordered to make up the fasts but we were not ordered to make up the Ṣalāt."(Hasan)
Abū 'Eisā said: This Ḥadīth is Hasan. It has also been reported by Mu'ādḥah from 'Aishah. This is acted upon according to the people of knowledge, and we do not know of any disagreement among them; the menstruating woman makes up the fasts but she does not make up the Ṣalāt.
Abū 'Eisā said: 'Ubaidah (one of the narrators) is Ibn Mu'attib Aḍ-Ḍabbī Al-Kūfī, his Kunyah is Abū 'Abdul-Karīm.

Commentary
The Followers of the Sunnah are unanimously agreed that the missed fasts of Ramaḍān during the menstruating days will be made up after having been pure from the menses, but she will not make up the prayers.
