English translation

2230. It was reported from Nāfi', from Ibn 'Umar who said: "The waiting period of the women who asks for a Khul' is one menstrual cycle." (Sahīh)

Arabic text

2230 - حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: «عِدَّةُ الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ حَيْضَةٌ»
