English translation
546. Narrated ʿĀishah: رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا: The Prophet ﷺ used to offer the ʿAṣr prayer at a time when the sunshine was still inside my chamber and no shadow had yet appeared in it.

546 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «يُصَلِّي صَلاَةَ العَصْرِ وَالشَّمْسُ طَالِعَةٌ فِي حُجْرَتِي لَمْ يَظْهَرِ الفَيْءُ بَعْدُ»، وَقَالَ مَالِكٌ، وَيَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَشُعَيْبٌ، وَابْنُ أَبِي حَفْصَةَ: «وَالشَّمْسُ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَظْهَرَ»
