English translation

2714. It was narrated that Anas bin Mâlik said: "I was under the she-camel of the Messenger of Allâh ﷺ and its saliva was dripping between my shoulders, and I heard him say: 'Allâh has given each person who has rights his rights, but there is no bequest for an heir.'" (Sahih)

Arabic text

2714 - حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ شَابُورَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: إِنِّي لَتَحْتَ نَاقَةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَسِيلُ عَلَيَّ لُعَابُهَا فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: «إِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَعْطَى كُلَّ ذِي حَقٍّ حَقَّهُ، أَلَا لَا وَصِيَّةَ لِوَارِثٍ»
