[4351] 8 - (...) Ibn Shihâb narrated a similar report (as no. 4350) with this chain, and he added: "The Messenger of Allâh ﷺ passed a judgment among some of the Anshâr, concerning a slain man whom they claimed had been killed by the Jews."
8 - (1670) وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ شِهَابٍ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ، وَزَادَ، وَقَضَى بِهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ نَاسٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ فِي قَتِيلٍ ادَّعَوْهُ عَلَى الْيَهُودِ،
