3650. Taba said: "I asked Ibn AX A d a : 'Did the Messenger of AU& @ leave a will?' He said: 'No.' said: 'How come it is prescribed for the Muslims to maie wills? He - said: 'He left instructions u r h the Muslims to adhere to the Book of AUih."' (&@)

3620 - أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ مِغْوَلٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا طَلْحَةُ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى، أَوْصَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ قَالَ: «لَا» قُلْتُ: كَيْفَ كَتَبَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ الْوَصِيَّةَ؟ قَالَ: «أَوْصَى بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ»
