English translation

503. Anas bin Mālik narrated: "The Prophet ﷺ would pray the Friday prayer when the sun was declining.” (Sahīh)

Arabic text

٥٠٣ - حَدَّثَنَا ‌أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ‌سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ‌فُلَيْحُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ ‌عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ التَّيْمِيِّ ، عَنْ ‌أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «كَانَ يُصَلِّي الْجُمُعَةَ حِينَ تَمِيلُ الشَّمْسُ».
